Refund Policy

We stand behind our work with a 100% Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the terms below. This Refund Policy explains how that guarantee works, how to use it, and the limited circumstances in which it does not apply.

1. Our 100% Money-Back Guarantee

We are committed to delivering a song you love. Our 100% Money-Back Guarantee means that if, after we have done our best to make it right through the included revisions, your song still does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund of the base song price within the timeframe set out in this policy.

The guarantee is offered voluntarily as a measure of our confidence in our work. It does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

2. Revision Policy (Required Before a Refund)

Because every song is custom-made, the first step under our guarantee is always to revise the song until it feels right.

Every order includes two (2) free revisions.

How revisions work:

  • After receiving your song, you may request revisions by clearly describing what you would like changed, such as specific lyrics, tone, tempo, vocal feel, or mix.

  • We will make reasonable revisions in good faith to bring the song closer to your expectations.

  • Each revision request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of receiving your song (or the most recent revision).

  • Revision requests must remain within the scope of the original order. Significant changes to the concept, genre, story, or direction of the song may be treated as a new order at our discretion.

  • A refund under our 100% Money-Back Guarantee is only available after both included revisions have been used and the song still does not meet your expectations. Skipping the revision process forfeits the guarantee.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds under our 100% Money-Back Guarantee are available when all of the following conditions are met:

  • You have received the initial delivery of your song and have used both of the included revisions.

  • You submit your refund request in writing to support@rhythmicgifts.com within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date of your song.

  • You provide clear, specific feedback explaining why the song does not meet your expectations despite the revisions offered.

  • You have not already approved or accepted the song, used it publicly, or shared it beyond reasonable personal preview.

Refund requests are reviewed in good faith on a case-by-case basis. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concerns through additional creative work before processing a refund.

4. Post-Refund Use of the Song (Good-Faith Clause)

If a refund is issued under our 100% Money-Back Guarantee, the personal-use license granted to you for the song terminates automatically as of the date the refund is processed.

You agree that following a refund you will:

  • Delete all copies of the refunded song in your possession, including downloaded audio files, exports, and stored copies on personal devices or cloud accounts.

  • Not share, post, distribute, perform, broadcast, or otherwise publish the refunded song.

  • Not use the refunded song for any commercial purpose, including advertising, paid events, monetized social content, or paid streaming.

We reserve the right to decline future orders from customers who breach this clause.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

Approved and Accepted Songs

If you have explicitly approved, accepted, downloaded for sharing, or otherwise treated the song as final (including after revisions), the order is considered complete and non-refundable.

Rush or Expedited Fees

Additional fees paid for rush or expedited delivery, priority queue placement, or other expedite add-ons are non-refundable, regardless of whether a refund is issued for the base song order.

Add-Ons and Extras

Optional add-ons such as additional song versions, extended length, custom artwork, lyric videos, gift packaging, or similar extras are non-refundable once production has begun.

Late Requests

Refund requests submitted more than fourteen (14) days after the original delivery date are not eligible.

Skipped Revisions

Refund requests made without first using both included revisions are not eligible.

Change of Mind

Refunds are not available simply because:

  • You changed your mind.

  • An event was canceled.

  • The gift recipient changed.

  • The song is no longer needed for its intended purpose.

Inaccurate Information Provided

If the song was created accurately based on the information submitted, but the information provided was incorrect, incomplete, or changed afterward, we are not obligated to issue a refund.

Third-Party Payment Issues

Disputes arising from banks, card issuers, currency conversion, declined transactions, or duplicate-payment claims must be resolved with the relevant third party.

Abuse, Bad Faith, or Fraud

Refund requests linked to chargeback fraud, repeat refund patterns, identity misrepresentation, or attempts to keep the song while obtaining a refund are not eligible.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse refunds.

  • Permanently restrict future orders.

  • Defend against chargebacks using delivery records, revision history, and communication logs.

Personalized Product Exemption (EU / UK / EEA Customers)

Custom-made products, including personalized songs, are generally exempt from statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Our 100% Money-Back Guarantee is offered voluntarily in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Cancellations Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order before work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund.

If production has already started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on the amount of work completed.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@rhythmicgifts.com with:

  • Your full name.

  • The email address associated with your order.

  • Your order number or reference details.

  • Confirmation that you have used both included revisions.

  • A clear explanation of what was changed and why the song still does not meet your expectations.

We will review your request and respond within three (3) business days.

We may ask follow-up questions before making a final decision.

8. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within five to ten (5–10) business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

  • Refunds are issued in the currency of the original transaction.

  • We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences between the purchase date and refund date.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Most issues can be resolved more quickly through direct communication.

Chargebacks filed in bad faith, including after acceptance of the song, after the refund window expires, or while continuing to use the delivered song, may be contested using:

  • Delivery confirmations

  • Revision history

  • Communication records

Such actions may also result in restrictions on future orders.

10. Disputes and Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, we encourage you to contact us again so we can work together to find a fair resolution.

We value our customers and will always make a good-faith effort to address concerns fairly.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy and any refund-related disputes are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rhythmic Gifts is established.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.
